Sweet Potatoes: 4 Ways
Shoe String Sweet Potato Fries or Sweet Potato NOODLES: Using your spiralizer, spiralize 1 large sweet potato creating long noodles. For the fries, gently toss with oil, sea salt, and optional garlic, parsley, and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 400 degrees. For noodles, sauté with grass-fed butter or olive oil until lightly tender. Serve with any pasta dish!
Sweet Potato Sandwich Buns: Preheat oven to 350. Slice sweet potato in 1/4-1/2 inch thick slices. Drizzle with oil of choice, and sprinkle with Himalayan sea salt (often sprinkle with cinnamon, too). Bake for 15 minutes until soft but tender. See details here.
